OEM and custom infrared temperature sensors
We offer OEM products and related accessories for machine builders and system integrators. The options below are available today; tell us your requirement and we will confirm feasibility.
Temperature ranges
Standard ranges are segmented; other ranges can be set at the factory (for example HC, HL G5).
Signal processing
Emissivity, averaging time, peak hold and output temperature range factory-set to your application (HC; can also be adjusted via software with the adapter).
Outputs
Two-wire 4–20 mA, 0–5 V, or RS485 Modbus RTU (HCLT485); RS485 for the HL series with the 7-pin communication cable.
Cable length
1.5 m standard on HC, HCLT485 and HCIR; other lengths on request. HL laser-trigger and RS485 cables made to order.
Optics
Close-focus lenses CF1 (260–550 mm) and CF2 (170–260 mm) for the HL LT model.
